While the Diary of a Mad Hedge Fund Trader focuses on investment over a one week to six-month time frame, Mad Day Trader, provided by Bill Davis, will exploit money-making opportunities over a brief ten minute to three-day window. It is ideally suited for day traders, but can also be used by long-term investors to improve market timing for entry and exit points.
I am going to suggest you book the profit on the CELG position.
One of the reasons is because I am concerned about another downleg before we head higher.
And the other reason is that we can book a 21% profit in 5 days.
So, my suggestion is this:
Sell to Close January $75 call for $4.60
Buy to Close January $80 call for $2.55
The net credit will be $2.05.
