I am closing my short here right at the 200 day moving average. Capitulation is now in the price, and bonds and the dollar are selling off as well. I will look to resell the next 3-5 point rally in the (SPY), and I need dry powder to do that. Ben Bernanke is speaking to congress on Thursday and he is bound to ratchet up the dovish sentiment, paving the way for QE3.
