While the Diary of a Mad Hedge Fund Trader focuses on investment over a one week to six-month time frame, Mad Day Trader, provided by Jim Parker, will exploit money-making opportunities over a brief ten minute to three day window. It is ideally suited for day traders, but can also be used by long-term investors to improve market timing for entry and exit points.

Stocks...
IAT...a Friday close over 34.01 is an ORH week and should be taken as an upside break out in the regional banks.
WFC...needs to sustain above 51.60 to start another bull move.
FEYE...needs closes over 36 to extend this rally. Closes over 36 will be extremely bullish.
Bonds ...
30 yr. Bonds...138.23 (U)...137.08 (Z) is 50 DMA? support. Pattern sell stops are below 138.18 (U).
Bunds...147.95 is today's support.
I'm looking for the Bunds to rally to 149.85 for a first attempt higher with an eventual 151 tgt.
FX...
GBP/USD...put in an ORH day. By holding 161.40 is support, Sterling could eventually rally to 163.50.
GBP/JPY...171.60 is support and the low risk buy zone. A Friday close over 173.86 is needed for an ORH week and a possible break out of a 1 year sideways pattern.
EUR/AUD...stopped yesterday at 141.73 weekly resistance level and should be used as the upside closing pivot.
139.95 is short term support and the downside pivot.
EUR/JPY...remains firm above 138.11 today. 139.60-87 is mvg avg resistance and the upside closing pivot.
138.74 was last qtr's close and should reject the first time up.
Commodities...
Crude...elected the qtrly sell stops below 91.24. 89.87 is qtrly mvg avg trend support.
Silver...the qtrly sell stops are @ 18.615 with more under 18.185. Sustained and closing price action under this level can lead to another 2 dollars of downside.
